That's this painting.
There's something so good about those extra days. The slower mornings, the spontaneous plans, the permission to just enjoy yourself without the usual rush of the week pulling at you. Life feels a little lighter. A little more colourful. A little more like you.
That's exactly the energy I was chasing when I painted this. Calm, but with a little spark of fun in it. The kind of painting that makes a room feel like a place you actually want to be in.
At 40 x 60 inches this is a big, generous, happy presence on a wall. It doesn't demand anything from you. It just makes everything around it feel a little better, every single day, long weekend or not.
There is only one and when it finds its home it's gone.

Due to it’s large size this piece will be removed from the stretcher bars and will ship rolled in a tube. It can then be re-stretched and/or framed upon arrival. This is the safest and most economical way to ship large art.
